fruit nuts & etc

Today I renew my vow to use snacks for good and not for evil.

  3. ok maybe I should explain...

    The other day I made up some little bags of healthy snacks (raisins, dried cranberres, kiwi & strawberry, almonds). I'm trying to train well and eat well leading up to the next 21.1k.

    So, yeah... time to reform again. No more munching on a pile of cookies or cakes when I'm starving after a longer training run (or just bored)! Time to use snacks for good : )
