Our landlord is thinking of selling and the thought of moving a whole lot of stuff is quite unpleasant. I wish it was as easy as that!

Hey mate-
I'll have to take you to my favourite coffee shop before I move out of the dorm. You just need to learn to say, "I'll have a large Illy expresso thanks" and you will be fine!
