See, Gretch, I do use the great things you send me in packages!That cool blue sweatband was on my head for the entire race... totally essential for running a 10K in humid, 30+ degree weather!
Will write more about the race soon... it has been a busy couple of weeks and I'm just catching up on the stories now: )
